Mortgage Services
We originate standard home mortgages, which conform to Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) standards. These loans are generally closed and servicing is retained by a correspondent mortgage banker. These loans currently have market rates of interest. Additionally, we originate and retain customized mortgage loans for customers who do not conform to FNMA standards. These are generally larger loans and are made on terms agreed upon by the customer and the bank. These loans are held in the bank until maturity.
