Earnings up!

First quarter 2003 earnings were $101,121, an increase of 20% compared to the first quarter of 2002. Diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $0.1041, an increase of 17% compared to $0.0891 for the same period in 2002.

New directors elected.

Joining the Board is John W. Field, Jr.,former CEO at J.P. Morgan Delaware. John is Chairman of the Board of Quantum Leap Innovations, and also serves on the boards of the Grand Opera House, Brandywine Conservancy and the Fort Hill Company.

Also elected is Christopher S. Patterson, a principal of Patterson Schwartz Real Estate. Chris also serves on the boards of the Delaware Center for Horticulture, Delaware Nature Society and the Brandywine Valley Association.
